By creating an account or using BrainTrain AI Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must meet the minimum age requirement to create an account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Use of Content

Courses, guides, videos, resources, and other content are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell content without permission. Downloadable resources may be used personally as permitted by their license.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful or harmful activities.

5. Intellectual Property

BrainTrain AI Academy, its branding, and original course content are owned by the platform. Third-party tools and resources referenced are owned by their respective providers.

6. Disclaimers

Content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from applying the material.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Paid Products & Subscriptions

BrainTrain AI Academy offers one-time digital purchases (the $9 Résumé-to-Income workflow and the $47 Interactive AI Business Blueprint) and a recurring AI Coach membership at $47 per month. AI Coach automatically renews each month until you cancel through the "Manage Billing" link in your AI Coach dashboard (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation terms are described in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. One-time digital purchases are generally final after delivery, with exceptions for billing errors, non-delivery, material technical failures, and refunds required by law. Subscription billing periods already started are generally nonrefundable.

11. AI-Generated Content

Some content on BrainTrain AI Academy, including AI Roadmaps, Blueprint modules, and AI Thinking Tools results, is generated using an AI/large-language-model integration. AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
